Whether August means gearing up for the classroom, or the return to pre-holidays focus at the office, the next 31 days always seem to zoom by in a flash. Make the most of the final moments of Summer by orchestrating sensible budget, life, and career choices, but don’t forget to have a little fun. Here are my tips for an amazing August.

1.  Take a Lesson

You may not be headed back to the classroom or lecture hall, but get in the mindset of a student at your job. Set some goals for the month and take on a new project or fresh attitude. Talk to your boss about your needs and goals and any opportunity for you to take on something new and prove your savvy. If you don’t ask, you’ll never know.
